Website delivery
Synapsecore.ai is delivered through Firebase Hosting. Its infrastructure may process standard network information such as an IP address to securely deliver the site and prevent abuse. SynapseCore does not add product analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, contact forms, or marketing cookies.
Support email
Email sent to support@synapsecore.ai is handled by our email provider only to respond to and document your request. It is retained only as long as needed for support or legal obligations. You may request deletion. Avoid sending private scripts or worry topics unless they are necessary to resolve the issue.
App Store purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. Our apps read Apple-signed entitlement information without a SynapseCore purchase, account, or receipt server. Apple’s own data practices are governed by Apple’s policies.
